Blazon of Bogotá
The blazon of the town of Bogotá date of 1548, given for the king Charles Quint to the New Grenade. It was adopted in 1932 for the town of Bogotá by the city council men of the time.
The Blasonnement of Bogotá is: Gold “, with the crowned sand eagle holding in each leg a grenade of mouths, with the edge of azure nine gold grenades”
