Blaquesmith

Blaquesmith is a character of comics belonging to the Univers Marvel appeared for the first time in X-Men Prime in 1995.

It is a allied supporting character of Cable.

Origin

The deformed mutant Blaquesmith was born in the future from Earth-4935, into 4000 after JC. Teenager, his mother sold it to nomads, for whom he quickly became the technician, because he appeared gifted for sciences.

A little later he discovered an act of sabotage carried out by Askani, a brotherhood wanting to eliminate the tyrant Apocalypse. Blaquesmith helped them to overcome the Prelate Diamanda Nero, then became instructor of young recruits, like Nathan Summers (Cable), the son of Cyclops and Jean Grey of reality Earth-616, the traditional reality of the Univers Marvel.

When Cable set out again in the past, i.e. our current world, the Askani Mother required of Blaquesmith to follow it and to supervise it. It was immediately approached by Finality, the mother of the Black Brotherhood, which employed it. He learned to the cultists art from the combat using the psimitars, the weapon of Askani use.

Finally joined together with Cable, he undertook the mission of destroying Apocalypse before the future is not changed. He asked soon Cable to kill Nate Grey, a altenative version of itself, escaped of the reality of Earth-295, which seemed to be a threat.

Later, the entity Onslaught destroyed the base of Blaquesmith which was saved by Cable. It establishes a new base in the middle of NYC and continued the cable transmission.

It met Ozymandias, the former servant of Apocalypse and learned the legend from the Twelve, a supposed group of mutants to bring a golden age for the humanity, on which Cable seemed dependant. Cyclops managed to overcome Apocalypse which hoped to seize the capacity, while amalgamating with Externel.

Cyclops réappaut later, amnesic in the desert. Blaquesmith engaged Gauntlet of the Dark Riders to kill it, but it was saved by Cable and Jean Grey, supposed to achieve his destiny by killing Apocalypse.

Thereafter, when Cable was attacked by the Black Brotherhood, Blaquesmith disappeared.

One finds it later within the second X-Force, the Resistance, which inquired into the projects of Weapon X.
