Blanca Soto

Blanca Delfina Soto Benavides (born the January 5th 1979 with Monterrey) is a model Mexicain E, first dauphine of the Beauty contest Nuestra Belleza Mexico City ( Miss Mexico ) 1997 where it represented the state of Morelos. It represented its country at the time of Miss Monde 1997.
