Blade metal

Metal Blade is a Fanzine created with the beginning of the year 1980 by Brian Slagel. Its name should have been Metallica but when Brian Slagel required of Lars Ulrich, the beater of the group Metallica to deliver its opinion, this one advised to him to choose Metal Blade, thus recovering the name Metallica for its group.

This Fanzine distributed on the west coast of the the United States then on many other countries treated primarily NWOBHM ( T He NR ew W ave O F B ritish H eavy M stall) and groups representing it.
