Black sheep

The expression “ black sheep ” used in the French language is a familiar expression used to describe a person having a behavior different from that of the other people of its community. The expression can be used to say that the person is put at the variation but can just as easily be used to speak about a person who does not return in the standard. Some see a racist character there (in connection with the black adjective ) or xenophobe but the expression comes from contrast between the Mouton S white (normal) and black sheep (different).
