Black Socks
the Black Socks were a group of French Rock, founded in 1961, resulting from the group the Five Rock'n'rolls. (name change being caused by the sponsoring of the group by socks STEMM).
It was composed in the beginning of:
- Claude Moine, alias Eddy Mitchell (Song)
- William Benaïm (Guitar solo)
- Tony of ARPA (rhythmic guitar)
- Aldo Martinez (low guitar)
- Jean-Pierre Chichportich (battery)
The Black Socks sign at Barclay at the 1961, label under which the group in particular records a score of 45 turns, which will be for the majority of successes: You speak too (1961), Daniéla (1961), which remains their larger tube, whose music is of Georges Garvarentz and the words of André Pascal, Be bop has Lula (1961), Eddie would be good (1961), adaptation of Johnny B.
