Synopsis

Librarian the day, Black Mask the night. After having made party of a section of elite of the army, the 701, Tsui east flees right before the suppression of the group. These supers soldiers was modified more not to feel the pain and to become true machines to be killed. A few years later, of the members of the 701 reappear and decide to make control on the criminal market of HongKong. Seul Tsui can be opposed to them…
