Bléomycine

The bléomycine is an agent anti cancerous. It is a Peptide nonribosomal produces by the Bactérie Streptomyces verticillus . It acts like Antibiotique glycosylé Linéaire, by induction of rupture of the bit of DNA. One uses it in the treatment of the Lymphome S, carcinomes with squameuses cells, the Cancer of the testicles and the Pleurodesis.

Its uses is limited by the increased risk off Pulmonary fibrosis. Other Side-effect S include Fever, rash, Hyperpigmentation and Alopecia. -->
