Biviers is a commune located in the valley of Grésivaudan, with approximately ten kilometers of Grenoble. There are a little more 2500 inhabitants (census of 2004). In Biviers, certain places (with the right angle ways of barraux, way of the Signet rings it is possible to admire Mont Blanc when it makes sun. History
Biviers is a very old commune, which completion date of the 18th century. There were many farms of wine growers, peasants and farmers. There is, to date, 3 castles with Biviers:- the castle of Franquière which is now a boarding school
