Biomolécule
A biomolécule is a Molécule which takes part in the metabolic process and maintenance of a living organism, for example the Glucide S, the Lipide S, the Protéine S, the Eau and the Nucleic acid. One also speaks about biomolécules for molecules identical to those found in the alive one, but obtained by other means, for example under the conditions which prevail in the space (topic of the Exobiologie) or in processes purely Géophysique S.
The large molecules can be called macromolecules . It can be classified as a biopolymères (Lignine, the Cellulose,…) or as a natural macromolecules (proteins, nucleic acids,…). These macromolecules can have a primary Structure, secondary, tertiary, quaternary.
