Bioman 3: Liveman

Liveman (超獣戦隊ライブマン Chōjū Sentai Raibuman ) is a Japanese Televised series of the kind Sentai, in 49 episodes 26 minutes, created in 1988. In France, the series was diffused in 1989 on TF1 in the Club Dorothée . In France the extra title Bioman 3 makes of it the final part of the false trilogy formed with Bioman and Maskman .

Synopsis

In a scientific academy, students and friends seek how to make the life simpler. But three of them, Kenji, Rui and Gō, rebel and leave the course, applicant that the human ones are not worth the sorrow to be helped or saved, under the amazed eyes of the other students of which Mari, Takuji, Yūsuke, Jō and Megumi. The three students are contacted by a strange character, Large Professor Bias, who proposes to them to lend to him assistance in the domination of the world. Whereas a vessel of the army of the brain armed Volt, the army of Large Professor Bias, comes to seek the three rebels, they are discovered by the five friends who tested a new behavior of protection. Kenji leaves then a weapon and fact fire, killing Mari and Takuji who protect Yūsuke, Jō and Megumi, before fleeing.

Two years later, whereas a vessel created by the academy must leave for space, the army of the brain armed Volt attacks the vessel and makes a massacre in the city. The attackers show their face: D Kemp (Kenji), D Mazenda (Rui) and D Obler (Gō), devoted to D Bias. Yūsuke, Jō and Megumi announce that into two years, the things changed well and that they are ready to fight… This saying, they are metamorphosed in Livemen thanks to the transformers which they have to them-even contruits… The combat enters the former friends for the freedom of the world to started.

Later, they will be joined by the brothers of Takuji and Mari, Tetsuya and Jun' ichi.

Anecdotes

  • Liveman was the first series of sentai to have a female blue force and a male yellow force, as well as transformers in two parts. It was also after Sun Vulcan the second series of sentai with animalist set of themes.
  • both other Livemen received the circuit of their robot of the hands of some… Doctor Dorothée. (incarnated by Dorothée itself)

  • In the original version of the series, the songs Chōjū Sentai Liveman (beginning), Ashita nor Ikiruze! (fine) and Utsukushki Dreamer are chantéés by Daisuke Shima, and the song Spark Umi He is chantéé by Megumi Mori (Blue Dolphin).

  • In the French version, the reference symbols of the heroes were seen adapted:

    • Red Falcon became Aéro Condor;
    • Blue Dolphin becomes Paléo Dauphin;
    • Yellow Lion becomes Lion Météor
    • Green Sai becomes Rhino Fort
    • Black Bison becomes Bêta Bison
