Billy the Cat is a series of cartoon created by Stephan Colman and Stephen Desberg in 1981, adapted in Cartoon.

Billy the Cat

An odious child, Billy Colas, are found transformed into kitten. The striped yellow peeling of black, it is necessary for him to survive in an unknown world. It will change attitude and will turn into to friends like Pirmin the bear, the cats white Mr Hubert and Cha-Cha,… But also of the enemies like Sanctifer the ordinary cat gash or the Artesian basset hound Saucisse.
