In connection with film

the film is inspired by a true story: March 30th, 1984, Robert Cunningham, a New Yorkean police inspector 30 years old, goes as usual in a pizzeria where, on the ton of the joke, he proposes with his preferred waitress, Phyllis Penzo, to divide with her a ticket of lottery. Each one chooses 3 numbers, then Cunningham leaves to buy the ticket. The next evening, it returns while triumphantly holding in hand the gaining ticket: 6 million dollars, which it divided like agreed with the waitress. But contrary to film, the history did not have anything romantic, and each one remained wisely with its spouse.
