Biljana Plavšić
Biljana Plavšić (in Cyrillic Serb БиљанаПлавшић) (born the July 7th 1930 with Tuzla, Bosnia-Herzégovine), is the former president of the Serb entity of Bosnia-herzégovine, the Serb République of Bosnia.
Shown by the International penal court for ex-Yugoslavia (TPIY) of Genocide or complicity of Genocide, Crime against humanity and violation of the right and habits of the war for the period between 1992 and 1995 it pleads guilty and is condemned Thursday February 27th 2003 to 11 years of prison for Crime against humanity for its role in the war, in particular to have aimed at civilians. The court does not retain the 7 other charge including two for genocide.
