Ingredients

For 6 people:
  • 500 grams of Sauerkraut
  • 500 grams of cabbage
  • 1 large Onion
  • 200 grams of Mushroom S dry
  • 150 grams of smoked plugs
  • 200 grams of Pig
  • 200 grams of Calf (or Ox - to the choice)
  • 150 grams of Sausage smoked
  • 50 grams of fat contents (preferably of the Lard)
  • Bay-tree, salt, Pepper,
  • Juniper

Preparation

  • To wash sauerkraut carefully, to cut it finely and make cook;
  • To add bay-tree and juniper.
  • To cut cabbage and to cook separately.
  • To cut the meat of pieces, to make return in grease, to add mushrooms.
  • To make return from the plugs with onion chopped to add sausage cut in small dice and to make mijoter to it a few minutes.
  • To put the meat, plugs, the cabbage in the sauerkraut
  • To make cook approximately 2 hours with small fire (more cooking is slow, better it is).
  • At the end of cooking, to salt, pepper, add the tomato puree.
  • a white wine drop can only improve savor. To prefer beer the taste in is better and that facilitates digestion
  • Servir hot.
