Big Ben (Heard Island)

Big Ben is a volcanic solid mass which dominates the island Heard, in the south of the Indian Ocean and pertaining to the Australia. It is made of a cone approximately 25 km in diameter. Its culminating point is the Mawson Peak, one of the two only volcanos Australian, which culminates to 2.745 m above the sea level. It is mainly covered with ices and twelve large glaciers go down from Big Ben towards the sea.
A smaller volcanic headland, the Peninsula Laurens, located 10 hm at the North-West, was created by another volcano, the Mont Dixon, whose Anzac Peak culminates to 750 Mr.
