Bibiane Godfroid
Bibiane Godefroid is a Belgian journalist.
Originating in Wavre, as a Brabant-Walloon, Bibiane Godefroid is graduate in right and taxation of the Catholic University of Leuwen. It began its career as editor association and presenter from the JTL on the Belgian antenna of RTL Television, then became Directrice of the Programs and the Fiction of RTL-TVi in 1987. Bibiane will continue to present the newspapers of RTL-TVi, until June 15th, 1989.
In 1991, it becomes director of the programs of Canal J before being called by Herve Bourges as Directrice of the Programming of France 2.
From 1996, it continues its career within the Groupe Canal+, first of all as Directrice of the Numerical Programs and Director of the Antenna, then as chairman of the chain premium Kiosque. It is then named Executive Vice-Présidente of the chains and services of the Canal+ Group while taking the presidency of Canal+ Belgium, Canal+ Régie France and Universal Studio Networks Europe of 2000 in July 2002.
After a collaboration with Air Productions, it joined the subsidiary company of audio-visual production of RTL Group, FremantleMedia, in July 2003 as chairman of FremantleMedia France and Directrice of the Programs of the company, where it develops many programmes of TV-reality for M6.
It is Managing director of the programs of M6 since January 1st 2007.
