Bias is a common French, located in the department of Lot-et-Garonne and the area Aquitaine.
Geography
At the edge of the Batch, the commune is located at 4 kilometers in the west of Villeneuve-sur-Lot.
History
In 1962, following the Agreements of Evian at the end of the War of Algeria, a military camp of reception of the refugees Harkis and of their family arriving of Algérie was established. Composed of barraquements, the camp which was to be provisional lasted more than twenty years.
