BiCMOS
BiCMOS (contraction of Bipolar-CMOS) is the name of a technology of Integrated circuit combining the advantages of CMOS and the bipolar , i.e. a strong level of integretion and an high speed of treatment.
This technology is used in Analogique, to make amplifying . In Numerical, its weak density of integration limits its uses.
