Bhajji with onions

The bhajji with the onions (or simply bhajji ) is a flat Indian composed of fried Oignon S (like Beignet S of Potatoes), which can cook according to thousands of receipts.

It is usually served as trimming in several Indian dishes but it became popular like dish to only eat.

Basic ingredients: paste made up of cut onions mixed with Rice and scanty Flour of Pitch, spices and sometimes of grasses. The unit is then fried until it is well gilded. They are traditionally cooked to have a soft taste.

The bhajjis with onions are often consumed as a Hors-d'oeuvre in Indian meals with Poppadom S and other small Indian dishes.

It is recommended to be used the bhajjis for onions accompanied by Salade and a peel by Citron, or with a Chutney with the mango.
