Beverly Sills

Beverly Sills , (born Belle Miriam Silverman , the May 25th 1929 with Brooklyn, the United States and deceased the July 2nd 2007 with New York, the United States), was an American Soprano which was recognized for its roles in Traviata de Verdi and Lucia di Lammermoor de Donizetti. It also contributed to make reappear operas like Anna Bolena, Maria Stuarda and Roberto Devereux. She made a triumph in Scala of Milan by interpreting the seat of Corinth (Rossini) in 1969.

She directed the New York City Opera.
