Beuchelle
The beuchelle (" in Tourangelle" , or beuchelle of Turns) orginaire of Tours is a hot dish, whose receipt, very old, joins together at the same time laugh and Rognon of calf with mushrooms (morels, pleurotes, truffle…) and of the fresh Cream.
