Bertrand Pancher is a politician French, born the June 5th 1958 with Saint-Mihiel (Meuse).

He is member of the UMP.

Bertrand Pancher was elected appointed the June 17th 2007, for XIIIe legislature (2007 - 2012), in the 1 {{Re}} district of the Meuse by beating, with the second round, Thibaut Villemin (PS) with 53,97% of the votes. He succeeds thus François Dosé (PS) which was not represented.
