Bertrand Landrieu

Bertrand Landrieu (born the February 9th 1945 with Paris XVIe), is a French, old senior official Préfet of the area Île-de-France, prefect of Paris.

Course

After having obtained a diploma of Higher learning (OF) in Public law, Bertrand Landrieu passed by the Institut of political studies of Paris (IEP), then ENA (promotion " Robespierre "), which it leaves civil administrator to the ministry for the interior.

Bernard Landrieu makes his career in the prefectoral , leaving this body only to integrate the ministerial cabinets when the line is with the capacity. Near to Jacques Chirac, it is the Principal private secretary to the presidency of the Republic at the time of its first septennate, of May 1995 in June 2002.

It was described as " prototype the top fonctionnaire" in an investigation of Gilles Gaetner entitled puppets of the Republic appeared in the magazine the Express train of August 7th 2003.

He is also president of the Association of the prefectoral body and the senior officials of the ministry for the Interior.
