Mid-October, each year, the cultural event Gouel Ar Skrid Celebrates writing with the coffee-bookstore " other Rive" is organized in partnership with association the Workshops of the BOND and in collaboration with the local actors. Around an author of the area and on the topic of the Voyage.

In 2006, the author was Jack Kerouac in which the ancestors are originating in Huelgoat and the destination was mythical the Route 66 and the North America.
