Bernay-Vilbert in the literature
The writer Sebastien Japrisot lived in this commune. In its novel long Sunday of engagement it is in this locality that Mathilde, which wants to know how its fiancè Bleuet Manech died in the war, will meet a man who will tell him the circumstances of his death.
