Bernard Rapp

Bernard Rapp was a journalist, Réalisateur of cinema, writer, dialogist and Acteur French. Born the February 17th 1945 with Paris (France), it died the August 17th 2006 of the continuations of a Lung cancer.

Biography

Bachelor of law and graduate of the French Institute of press, it begins its career as freelance journalist with Combat then with the Monde .

Journalist international reporter and corresponding to the the United Kingdom, Bernard Rapp presented the Tv news 20 hours on Antenne 2 (old name of France 2) between 1983 and 1987 in alternation with Christine Ockrent then Claude Sérillon. For almost all this period this JT carried out an audience higher than that of TF1. It made a small “scandal” by presenting for the first time the tv news without Cravate on May 18th, 1986.

It also presented several cultural or literary emissions on television French: One century of writers (of 1995 with 2001), the assorted cold roast meats , Characters or Never without my book , Rapp All ,… With radio operator it animated the emission Découvertes on Europe 1 (in 1989) and the words to say it on France Inter.

He dies the August 17th 2006 of the continuations of one lung cancer at the 61 years and six months age day for day.
