Bernard Laporte (born with Rodez (Aveyron), July 1st, 1964), is a former player then trainer of Rugby French, former trainer of the XV of France, Business man, now politician. He is Secretary of State in charge of the Sports, since the October 22nd 2007.

Career as a player

He began his career as player with Gaillac. In 1984, it joined Bègles-Bordeaux where it gains the championship of France in 1991 at the half station of of fray.

Tax investigation
