History

1949 : Bernard Julhiet founds the company Bernard Julhiet Conseils, specialized in the council in commercial organization and the Formation of the forces commerciales.
Le group develops then by the launching of new activities:
1967 : Creation of the company Bernard Julhiet Psycom specialized in recruitment with an entity entirely dedicated to the recruitment of commercial, BJ Forces.
1970 : Launching of Districom, specialized in the provision of the suppletive sales forces, in particular for the creation of new sales outlets, the launching of new products or the prospection of new circuits.
1974 : The Innovation always with the launching of Teleaction, around a revolutionary idea: the telephone like tool of sale and Marketing. The Télémarketing was born!
1990 : The development by the Innovation continues and a new activity of formation on machine readable medium is born: the eLearning was born!
2004 : Alain Thibault acquires Bernard Julhiet Group near Havas and centres the activity of the group around the valorization of the capital humain.
Depuis the group developed his activity by internal growth and external:
2004 : Acquisition of company ETAP
2005: Acquisition of the K.Personna cabinet, specialized in the development of the men and the teams
June 2006: Acquisition of iProgress in order to create a pole eLearning of more than 60 collaborators
December 2006: Acquisition of Insep Consulting to reinforce its pole the Council & Formation
