Bernard Fischer

Formation

Bernard Fischer is Doctor of Pharmacy (diploma obtained with UFR of pharmaceutical Sciences of Strasbourg in 1982). He has since 1983 a dispensary with Obernai. He was Pharmacien Captain of the Firemen of 1983 to 1995.

Political course

Bernard Fischer is City council man of Obernai in 1989 then becomes the 1st Assistant of the Mayor in charge of finances, the budget, the relationships to the companies and associations in 1995.

He is elected General adviser of the Canton of Obernai in 1998 and becomes President of the Committee of supply of the General advice of the the Low-Rhine of 2001 to 2004. He and is re-elected General adviser of the Canton of Obernai to the 1st turn in 2004 and becomes Vice-Président of the General advice of the the Low-Rhine.
