Bernard Benhamou

Bernard Benhamou is a French expert of the Internet and specialist in the Société of Information.

It is currently Délégué for the use of the Internet near the Cabinet of the Minister for Research and Higher education.

Lecturer to the Institute of political studies of Paris and in charge of teaching to the University of Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne.

He is an enthusiastic defender of the Neutralité of networks and was, in 2000, candidate with the board of directors of ICANN, organism in charge of the regulation of domain names.

Biography

Originator of the exposure " Passport for Cybermonde". First exposure entirely in network realized to the Quoted of Sciences and Industry of Paris in 1997 *Expert for the mission “State and Communication and Information Technologies” near the General police station in the Plan 1998-1999.
Expert for the development projects related to new technologies near the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
