Bernard Baruch

Bernard Baruch (August 19th 1870 - June 20th 1965) was a Business man and a American politician . After its success in the Businesses (it was Golden Servant boy), it devoted its time to advise the democratic presidents Woodrow Wilson and Franklin D. Roosevelt on the economic subjects.

During the First World War, on March 4th, 1918, Bernard Baruch, then specialist in the raw materials and metals with the national council of defense was named president of the War Industries Board, organism in charge to organize the saving in war to the the United States.

One owes him the Expression Cold war which was used to define the diplomatic Tension S between the two Superpuissance S of Après-guerre which were the the United States and the Soviet Union.
