Bern is a city of the Comté of Adams in the state of the Indiana to the the United States, built starting from 1852 by 70 enthusiasts mennonitists originating in Suisse. They named the city according to the name of the capital of Switzerland. In 2000, the city counted 4 ' 150 inhabitants.

DemographyAccording to the census of 2.000,4.150 inhabitants, 1.639 hearths and 1.104 families reside in the city. The population density was of 890,2 hbts/km ². The involved ethnos groups are 97,64% of white, 0,22% the Asian ones, 0,07% of blacks, 0,07% of Indians of America and 0,05% people originating in Oceania.
