Benjamin Kogo

Benjamin Kogo , born on January 1st 1946, is old a Athlète Kenya N, which ran especially on 3.000 m Steeple.

It took part in the Olympic Games of summer of 1964, but did not qualify itself for the final. Four years later, it gained the money at this same distance, behind its compatriot Amos Biwott.

It also gained a gold medal with the first Panafrican Jeux and a bronze medal with the Jeux of the Commonwealth.
