Benicassim

Benicàssim ( Castilian Benicasim in ) is a Spanish commune of 16.200 inhabitants, located in the Province of Castellón, Valencian Communauté. It is in the comarque one of Plana Alta.

The city is located at 80 km in the north of the town of Valence and to 12 km in the north of Castellón of Plana, chief town of the Province of Castellón.

It accommodates in particular the International festival of Benicassim (independent musics).
