Bellegarde-in-Drill is a common French, located in the department of the the Loire and the area the Rhone-Alps.

Geography

Small village of the the Loire between mounts and plains.

History

1673: Balthazar Hérail de Pierrefort, Count of the Wheel, brother-in-law and heir to Claude Charles de Bron are the sixth lord of Bellegarde and count of Liègue.
1680: Following a procedure and of a judgment of the Seneschalsy of Lyon (March 16th, 1680), a sale allocated the grounds of Bellegarde and Liègue to Pierre de Vinole, lord of Tourette. Balthasar Hérail de Pierrefort was withdrawn in its grounds of the Wheel of Montpeloux and Lime. He is the 7th lord of Bellegarde and Liègue.
1685: Genest de Vinole, wire of Pierre de Vinole, is the 8th lord of Bellegarde following the death of Pierre de Vinole.
1690: Genest de Vinole, wire of Pierre de Vinole, yields the Bellegarde on January 20th to Liègue with Jean d' Aubarède, husband of his Jeanne sister. Jean d' Aubarède, brother-in-law of Genest de Vinols is the 9th lord of Bellegarde and Liègue. He is also Conseiller in Présidial of Lyon (Court). Died in May 1729.
1729: Died of Jean d' Aubarède. Annet Ranvier, son-in-law of Jean d' Aubarède, 10th lord of Bellegarde and Liègue, succeeds, on April 2nd, in Jean d' Aubarède (death in 1778).
1759: Claude Javogues was an influential member of Convention (born with Beautiful-Guard in 1759). With its passage to Bellegarde-in-Drill, it multiplied the attacks against the local nobility and the partisans of the roi.
1794: Jean Marie Ranvier, 11th lord of Bellegarde, is condemned to died by the revolutionary tribunal of Lyon and carried out on January 14th, 1795.
