Demography
Indeed, until the beginning of the year 1990, the Rural migration strongly touched deep France. The schools, employment and the ease which the cities generate, pushed the inhabitants to leave their villages to find work there. However, at the dawn of the 21e century, the French reinvest the villages, in particular Belcaire, haven of peace and of serenity combining itself with a harmony of nature. New people are established in Belcaire, coming from different backgrounds, especially French and European. Thus, this return to the sources makes it possible to stop, and to even reverse, the current course of the demographic trends of Belcaire.
