The part comprises four characters:
  • HIM (Yves) : old from 25 to 30 years, thin and nervous.
  • the INSPECTOR (Robert) : old from 35 to 40 years.
  • the SHORTHAND WRITER (Guy) : assistant of the inspector, it has the same age as him. It is a large smoker of Cigarette S.
  • the POLICE OFFICER (Latreille) : member of the security services of the palate of Justice. It does not have the least idea from what occurs in the office from the Juge Delorme and of fout passionately.

History

Being At home with Claude is the history of a male prostitute of Montreal which makes the murder of his/her lover that he likes more than all in the world. Most of the history proceeds in the office of Delorme judge whereas the inspector tries to draw the worms to him from the nose while trying to find what pushed it to kill his/her tender lover. This play is in fact, a duel between the inspector and Yves, the culprit.

Various facts

The book was adapted to the cinema by the realizer Jean Beaudin in 1992. HE (Yves) was interpreted by Roy Dupuis. Practically all the original text of the book was preserved in film. The only changes in the words are some adaptations. For example, in the book, the implied newspaper is the Montreal-Morning and in film it is the Journal of Montreal .
