Beautiful of Fontenay
The Belle of Fontenay is a variety of Potatoes and the senior of the varieties with flesh closes today.
She appeared with Fontenay-sous-Bois and was registered with the Catalog of the varieties in 1935. She bears also the name of Hénaut and Baker. One uses it for rissolées salads, boiled potatos and apples.
