Beamgun
BeamGun makes party of the Rail gun, or weapons with directed energy. It is primarily present in the Science-fiction. The beamgun is a type of Canon to particles, like the Canon with ions.
Principle of operation
The beamgun consists of a combustion chamber and a Rail gun, as well as laser gauged to create a channel guiding plasma through the air. The gun first of all transforms a material into plasma. This one is guided through the railgun by magnetic containment, it is accelerated and carries on its way to the target without interacting too much with the surrounding air in which is maintained a “tube Ion ic” allowing the passage of plasma.
