Bayamesa

Bayamesa is the National anthem of Cuba since 1902. He was written and composed by Pedro Figueredo, a patriot of the province of Directs. Played in public for the first time in 1867, one year before the 10 year old war, the words are the following ones:

Al combate, corred, bayameses,
That Patria bone contemplated orgullosa;
No temáis una muerte gloriosa,
That to morir por Patria are to vivir.

In lock to vivir, be vivir
In afrenta there oprobio sumido;
LED clarín escuchad el sonido;
¡ Has tired armed, valientes, corred!

No temáis; los wild iberos
its cobardes cual todo tirano
No resists Al brazo cubano
para siempre known imperio cayó.

Free Cuba; ya España murió
known poder orgullo C be ido
there ¡ LED clarín escuchad el sonido,
has tired armed valientes corred!

Contemplad nuestras huestes triunfantes
contempladlos has elect caídos,
por cobardes huyeron vencidos
por valientes supimos triunfar.

¡ Free Cuba! Podemos gritar
terrible LED cañón Al estampido
¡ LED clarín escuchad el sonido,
has tired armed valientes corred!

In French:

Bayamais, run to the combat,
That the proud Fatherland contemplates you;
Do not fear a glorious death,
It is to live which to die for Patrie.
To live connected, it is to live,
Subjected to the affronts and the approbre
Écouttez the sound of the Bugle,
To the Weapon S, brave men, run!
