Bay of Prince-William
The bay of Prince-William (in English Prince William Sound ) is a Baie Golfe of Alaska on the southern part of the Alaska. It is located on the Eastern coast of the Péninsule Kenai.
The largest port of bay is Valdez, terminal of the Oléoduc trans-Alaska. Among, the other agglomerations, one can quote Cordova and Whittier. The bay also includes/understands many small islands.

A tsunami in 1964, consequence of the earthquake of the Good Friday, killed many Chugach village of Chenega and destroyed the town of Valdez.
In 1989, the tanker Exxon Valdez struck the Bligh Reef after having left the port of Valdez, causing a major pollution and serious damage with the environment.
