Bay-Holy-Catherine
Bay-Holy-Catherine is a municipality in the regional Municipalité of county of Charlevoix-Is to the Quebec, located in the administrative area of the Capital-Main road, with the confluence of the Saguenay and the Fleuve the St. Lawrence. It is named in the honor of Catherine of His, Doctors of the Church.
History
The municipality of Bay-Holy-Catherine exists since 1903, but the first inhabitants of the place came to settle about 1850. At the time, the population, living of hunting, fishing and agriculture, lived on the Point-with-Larks , now holiday place of some priests.
