Baudouin Liwanga

The admiral Baudouin Liwanga Mata Nyamunyobo is the Gouverneur of the province city of Kinshasa in Democratic republic of Congo since the October 16th 2006.

The admiral Liwanga is named governor of Kinshasa on October 10th, 2006 by the president of the Republic, Joseph Kabila.
