Battle of Megiddo (609 av. J. - C.)

The Battle of Megiddo , in -609 is a victory of the Egyptian armies of the Pharaon Nékao {{II}} over the troops of the Royaume of Juda carried out by their king Josias.

The Egyptian troops then went to the help of the Assyrie NS, then invaded by the Babylonian . They were blocked on the Via Maris of Megiddo by the army of Josias. The Egyptians overcame Juda and Josias was killed.
