Battle of Megiddo

The battles of Megiddo returns to the one of the three principal battles having taken place close to the old site of Megiddo in the valley of Jezreel to the north of Israel:

  • Battle of Megiddo ({{- S|XV|E}}) - between the Egyptian forces with the orders of the Pharaon Thoutmôsis III and a coalition canaanéenne (Source?).

  • Bataille of Megiddo (1918) - between the English of the Commonwealth and Ottoman Empire.

Armageddon - Meggido, in the Christian tradition, would be the place of the Ultime battle between the good and the evil
