Battle of Lesnaya
The battles of Lesnaya was held the September 28th 1708. The Tsar Pierre I {{er}} attacked by surprised and crushed the left wing of the Swedish army of Charles XII which was to join large army with Riga. Because of this defeat, Charles had to stop his walk towards Moscow and to invade the Ukraine.
