The battles of Lacolle was held the November 7th 1838 between the forces of the volunteers Loyaux under the command of the Major John Scriver and the rebels of the Low-Canada under the command of the Colonel Ferdinand-Alphonse Oklowski. November 6th, in way for Lacolle, the rebels Patriotes gained a first skirmish but lost final confrontation the next day. This battle of November 7th lasted half an hour. It belongs to the Rébellion of the Patriots.
