Battle of Héricourt

The battles of Héricourt was held the November 13rd 1474 between the troops of the count Jacques of Savoy, combined of the duke of Burgundy, Charles Bold the, the Swiss Confédérés and their allies of the imperial cities.

Reasons of the war

Because of the arrest and execution of his/her brother, Pierre de Hagenbach, Baillif of Charles Bold the in the territories of the Haut-Rhin, Etienne de Hagenbach devastation the cities which revolted.
