Battle of Cassel

1st battle of Cassel takes place the February 20th 1071 between the King of France Philippe I {{er}} and Robert the Clippings. The Flemings oppose regency Richilde de Hainaut, supported by the king of France, who controls in the name of his young person wire, the count Arnoul III.
